Do you offer a free trial?
You can register for a free subscription which provides access to full blog articles as well as a selection of short exercise videos, plus the jbyogafit newsletter. Click here to register for a free subscription.

 

How do I receive my login password?
Your password will be emailed to the email address you provided (please also check your spam folder) upon registration. If you are opting for paid access, you will be directed through to PayPal processing and then redirected to jbyogafit.com signup.

 

How do I log in?
You can log into your account by clicking the "Sign In" link in the main menu on jbyogafit.com.

 

I can’t login. I am getting the following error message: "503: Service Temporarily Unavailable Too many IP addresses accessing one secure area! Please contact Support if you require assistance." What does that mean?
It means that someone else might be using your login details to log into jbyogafit.com. If there are too many logins from different IP addresses, the system automatically blocks your access for security reasons. Please contact support@jbyogafit.com to resolve this issue.

Always make sure that you keep your login details in a safe place and don’t give them to other people.

How do I update my details or change my password?
You can update your profile via the "Modify Profile" link on your My Account page.

 

How do I log out?
The red "Logout" button is located in the sidebar.

 

Do jbyogafit classes stream live?
With paid access, you can view/use all of the exercise videos on jbyogafit.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are no live streams of classes on jbyogafit.com at this stage.

 

Can I download videos?
The videos on jbyogafit.com stream through the website and are not downloadable.

 

What is the best way to partake in the workout videos?

Technical Questions

What internet connection do I need?
It is advisable to have a minimum internet connection speed of 550kbps for optimal video streaming.

 

My internet connection is quite slow. How can I view the videos? / I am having trouble streaming the videos.
It is best to click "Play" then "Pause" and allow the video to download at least halfway or fully before playing the video for streaming without interruption.

 

Which internet browser do you suggest?
The videos have been tested on the following internet browsers: Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Safari and Google Chrome. You can use any of these internet browsers.

 

How do I connect my computer to the TV?
You require an Audio/Video cable (S-Video cable) to connect your laptop or PC to your TV.

 

I cannot view the videos. / I am getting the error message "You need to install or upgrade Flash Player to view this content, install or upgrade by clicking here." / I am getting the error message "Plug-in missing: You need to install Adobe Flash Player to view this page".
Please follow the link which takes you to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and download & install the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player.
Note: Sometimes the error message still displays after installation, but the videos should still play.

 

My screen saver is interrupting the video. How do I disable it?
With Windows operating systems, right-click on the desktop, then click "Properties" or "Personalize" and click on "Screen Saver". Then you can disable or adjust the settings for your screen saver.
For Mac operating systems, go to the Apple icon and click "System Preferences". Under "Hardware", click "Energy Saver". Then set the computer and display to sleep after 1 hour or more, or disable.

 

Can I view the videos full screen?
Yes. Simply click on the icon in the bottom right corner and the video will expand to full screen.

 

Can I view the videos on a mobile device (e.g. iPad, iPhone, etc.)?
Currently, this option is unavailable. But will be offered in the near future.

Is my credit card secure?
All payments are handled through PayPal. PayPal signup is free and easy. This payment method is very secure.

 

I am a free subscriber and would like to purchase an access pass. What do I have to do?
Sign into your account on jbyogafit.com, visit the Join page and select the access pass of your choice. This ensures that you don’t have to go through a new sign up process and you will keep your account details.

 

My access pass has run out. How do I go about purchasing a new access pass?
